Senior IT Operations Manager
This position has become available due to an unexpected vacancy in our IT Operations team. We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to manage our data center infrastructure, server administration, and daily technology operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Seattle Data Center (LRPB-DC-01)
- Manage server infrastructure (Apache, Oracle 10g, RHEL 4)
- Coordinate with Network Security on firewall maintenance and updates
- Ensure 99.9%+ system uptime across all banking platforms
- Supervise a team of 4 system administrators
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations
Requirements:
- 10+ years IT operations experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security infrastructure
- Experience with Oracle database administration
- Must pass enhanced background check and security clearance
- Must be someone our VP of Security can trust completely
Network Security Analyst
Join our award-winning Network Security team under the leadership of VP Jack Stanfield. Help maintain and enhance the most secure banking infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain our proprietary multi-layer firewall system
- Analyze security logs and respond to potential threats in real time
- Assist in quarterly penetration testing and security audits
- Monitor all transactions exceeding $10,000 for suspicious patterns
- Document and report security incidents to VP Stanfield
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in network security or cybersecurity
- CISSP or CEH certification preferred
- Knowledge of IDS/IPS systems, SSL/TLS, and firewall administration
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential under any circumstances
Personal Banker

Responsibilities:
- Open new checking, savings, and CD accounts
- Cross-sell bank products including home mortgages and auto loans

Mortgage Loan Officer

- Originate and process residential mortgage loans
- Evaluate borrower financial documents and creditworthiness

Web Developer / Webmaster
Maintain and enhance the Landrock Pacific corporate website and online banking portal. Must be comfortable working within strict security guidelines.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of HTML 4.01, CSS 2.0, and JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft FrontPage 2003 and/or Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
- Familiarity with Macromedia Flash MX for interactive content
- Knowledge of Active Server Pages (ASP) and Microsoft IIS
- Ability to make websites compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5+ and Netscape 7.0+
- Patience to have every page change reviewed by Network Security before deployment
Bank Teller (Part-Time)
Provide friendly, efficient service to Landrock Pacific customers. Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy and a smile.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous cash-handling experience preferred
- Must complete mandatory security training (conducted by Network Security division)
- Flexible schedule: 20-30 hours/week
Corporate Strategy Consultant (Contract)
Landrock Pacific is seeking an experienced corporate strategy consultant to review our holdings portfolio and identify opportunities for asset optimization. This is a short-term engagement with significant upside potential.
- Experience with high-value asset management and portfolio restructuring
- Ability to identify and extract maximum value from existing accounts
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to be persuasive under pressure
