Senior IT Operations Manager

Information Technology — Seattle HQ
URGENT

This position has become available due to an unexpected vacancy in our IT Operations team. We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to manage our data center infrastructure, server administration, and daily technology operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Seattle Data Center (LRPB-DC-01)
  • Manage server infrastructure (Apache, Oracle 10g, RHEL 4)
  • Coordinate with Network Security on firewall maintenance and updates
  • Ensure 99.9%+ system uptime across all banking platforms
  • Supervise a team of 4 system administrators
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years IT operations experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security infrastructure
  • Experience with Oracle database administration
  • Must pass enhanced background check and security clearance
  • Must be someone our VP of Security can trust completely

Network Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain our proprietary multi-layer firewall system
  • Analyze security logs and respond to potential threats in real time
  • Assist in quarterly penetration testing and security audits
  • Monitor all transactions exceeding $10,000 for suspicious patterns
  • Document and report security incidents to VP Stanfield

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Corporate Strategy Consultant (Contract)

  • Experience with high-value asset management and portfolio restructuring
  • Ability to identify and extract maximum value from existing accounts
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to be persuasive under pressure
