Our Multi-Layer Firewall Architecture
The Stanfield Firewall™ — Six Layers of Protection
Designed and implemented by VP Jack Stanfield, our proprietary firewall system provides six distinct layers of security between the public internet and your accounts.
Public Network
FIREWALL
Packet Filtering
Intrusion Detection
FIREWALL
Application Layer
LAYER
128-bit SSL
BANKING
Your Accounts
Each layer operates independently. Even if one layer were compromised (which has never happened), the remaining layers would protect your data.
Security Tips for Online Banking
While our systems provide world-class protection, you play an important role in keeping your accounts safe. Follow these tips from our security team:
- Never share your password with anyone — not even family members or bank employees. Your password is yours alone.
- Change your password regularly — we recommend every 90 days. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Beware of phishing emails — Landrock Pacific will never ask for your password via email. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, contact our fraud department immediately.
- Always verify the URL — when accessing Online Banking, make sure the address bar shows https://www.landrockpacific.com and look for the padlock icon.
- Monitor your accounts regularly — review your statements and transaction history for any unauthorized activity. Report discrepancies immediately.
- Keep your computer secure — install antivirus software, keep Windows updated, and avoid accessing your accounts from public computers or internet cafés.
- Use our Automatic Logout feature — Online Banking will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Don't disable this feature.
- Be cautious of shoulder surfers — when entering your PIN at an ATM or your password at a computer, be aware of people around you.

Security FAQ
Q: How secure is Landrock Pacific's online banking?
A: Extremely secure. Our proprietary six-layer firewall system, designed by VP of Network Security Jack Stanfield, has never been breached. We use 128-bit SSL encryption for all online transactions, and our systems are monitored 24/7 by our dedicated security operations team.
Q: What happens if someone tries to access my account without authorization?
A: Our intrusion detection system immediately flags unauthorized access attempts. After three failed login attempts, the account is locked and our security team is alerted. The account holder is notified by email and must contact us to restore access. We take a zero-tolerance approach to unauthorized access.
Q: Are my wire transfers secure?
A: Yes. All wire transfers are processed through our encrypted, firewalled transaction network. Transfers over $10,000 are subject to additional verification in compliance with federal regulations. Our system processes over $100 million in wire transfers daily without incident.
Q: Could someone inside the bank steal my money?
A: Our internal security protocols are just as rigorous as our external ones. All employee access to customer accounts is logged and audited. No single employee can authorize a funds transfer — our system requires multi-party verification for all transactions above threshold limits. The idea of an insider breach at Landrock Pacific is, frankly, unthinkable.
Q: What should I do if I notice suspicious activity on my account?
A: Contact our 24-hour fraud hotline immediately at 1-800-555-FRAUD. You can also visit any Landrock Pacific branch during business hours. Do not attempt to investigate the activity yourself. Our security team will handle it.
